Dear Denton Calvary Academy Parents and Students,

In response to Governor Abbott’s recent executive order, Denton Calvary Academy will remain closed and remote learning will continue for the remainder of the school year in accordance with TEA guidelines. The announcement was made as part of the governor’s multi-phased plan to responsibly reopen the Texas economy. During the press conference, Abbott said Texas Education Agency (TEA) Commissioner Mike Morath would share more details for schools soon. Once information becomes available, we will notify you through our usual communication channels. We are still committed to hosting Prom and Graduation in some form as soon as it becomes feasible.

Thank you again for your partnership and understanding.
Dr. Tony Jeffrey
